ABOUT THE ROLE
We're on the lookout for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our newly formed DOGE-X teama cutting-edge division within our Market Technology Department inspired by the disruptive spirit of Elon Musk's Doge Team. Inspired by Elon Musk's Doge Teama group that achieved in weeks what many thought would take yearsDOGE-X is our bold, market-driven initiative aimed at revolutionizing real estate through relentless innovation and AI-powered solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Embodying the DOGE-X Ethos: Emulate the agile, high-impact approach of Elon Musk's Doge Teamwork relentlessly, iterate daily, and push the boundaries of what's possible with AI.

Market Innovation & Integration: Get hands-on with actual market work by partnering with the marketing and business development teams. Use AI-driven insights to identify market trends, optimize campaigns, and pioneer innovative strategies that disrupt conventional real estate workflows. This includes testing new ideas in real-world scenarios and iterating rapidly based on direct market feedback.

AI Infrastructure & Integration: Design and implement robust service infrastructures that seamlessly integrate our AI capabilities with internal applications, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Strategic AI Direction: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the company's AI development strategy, contributing insights that drive company-wide technological advancements.

QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background: Masters degree in Computer Science,Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Ruby, with a deep understanding of large-scale data processing frameworks and AI model optimization techniques.

Innovative Mindset: A proven ability to tackle complex problems creatively, with a passion for disrupting conventional workflows using cutting-edge AI technologies.

Collaborative & Communicative: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
