Description

We are seeking a well-rounded, concept driven emerging professional with 2-6 years of post-graduate experience to join our interdisciplinary firm. As an Architectural Designer at Mithun, you will be a key member of project teams, collaborating to integrate computational design and emerging digital tools into the design process. We encourage active contributions to advancing design, fostering creativity, and incorporating regenerative solutions. You'll also have the opportunity to grow professionally within an interdisciplinary team environment that values collaboration and idea exchange.

We currently collaborate in the office Monday through Thursday. Friday is generally an optional in-office or work from home day.

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to research and develop emerging digital design tools and techniques.
• Advance computational design and digital tools to optimize solutions for client needs.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging digital design tools for further development and implementation across the design teams.
• Assist in the development of digital design processes and share knowledge with the broader team.
• Generate high-quality design drawings, graphic design work, renderings and visualizations to support design projects and marketing pursuits.
• Support architectural documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, both internal and external, providing insights and ideas to contribute to project development.
• Work collaboratively with designers, architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and urban designers to support multiple projects in a variety of design phases.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Flexible Spending Accounts or Health Savings Accounts are available based on eligibility requirements. The expected range of compensation for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year. Actual salaries are based on experience, qualifications, internal equity and location.
