Key Responsibilities
Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring tailored implementation of software
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, conducting regular check-ins and addressing engagement
Host training sessions and create resources to enhance client understanding of the platform
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in client success, onboarding, account management, or customer service
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with SaaS tools or tech-enabled services
Proficiency with Google Suite, Intercom, and CRMs like ChurnZero or HubSpot
