Director of Business Applications

A company is looking for a Director of Business Applications - Commerce Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the roadmap for the Commerce platform in alignment with business goals

Lead cross-functional initiatives to unify learner and customer journeys across brands and channels

Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on commerce technologies

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise business applications, with at least 5 years in commerce platform leadership

Proven expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and familiarity with Sales, Service, Revenue, and Marketing Clouds

Strong understanding of eCommerce operations and customer lifecycle strategies

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation programs

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
