Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance - Yorba Linda, Ca

A stellar insurance agency, backed by over 15 years of industry leadership, is actively seeking a highly skilled commercial lines account manager. Join a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering bespoke client solutions and fostering continuous professional growth.

Salary ranges from $70k-$80k+, depending on experience. Hybrid work schedule. A full suite of benefits that includes health, dental, and vision insurance. Generous paid time off and paid holidays.

Qualifications needed to thrive :

Active p&c license
4+ years of commercial lines account management at a retail brokerage
Proven track record of maintaining a book of business composed of contractors, real estate, and construction accounts
Comprehensive understanding of diverse insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols

The position :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and underwriters

Provide exceptional customer service, built on trust and professionalism

Marketing new and renewal business

Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns

Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and other related matters

Assist with the gathering of renewal exposure information for the producer

Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client

Manage information requests and documentation effectively

Prepare thorough applications for submission, incorporating underwriting information from producers

Compensation / pay rate (up to) : $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
