Duties```
- Conduct warm calling to potential customers to generate appointments for the sales team
- Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to engage prospects and secure appointments
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and appointments in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and appointment information
- Continuously develop and improve strategies for generating high-quality appointments
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects
Requirements```
Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferredStrong communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbalAbility to confidently engage with potential customers over the phone and build rapportExcellent negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure appointmentsFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plusSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet or exceed targetsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate recordsNote : This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
