Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet), and virtual collaboration tools. Local Travel :
- Willingness to travel locally on a monthly basis to build relationships with consultants and contractors, and explore new market opportunities.
- Represent Davis Malaysia Sdn Bhd in a professional and impactful manner during business engagements.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Effective communication to foster positive relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, etc.
