Smart Bar USA is the leading manufacturer and distributor of Automated Cocktail Dispensing systems for the hospitality industry.

Our national growth and development of expanding product lines has created a need to hire a sales representative with sales experience.

This position will focus on growing our Automated Cocktail Dispensing sales by generating new business and maintaining our accounts.

This position requires a very self-motivated, self-disciplined individual with a focus and passion for customer relationship management, strong technical background, skilled in problem solving, value added selling and new customer development.

The ideal candidate should possess the ability to-

  • Develop plans to market and sell high technology equipment into food and beverage markets.
  • Use product knowledge in conjunction with knowledge of customers’ project objectives to develop unique value propositions supported by financial impact analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Seek out sales opportunities and develop relationships to build sales.
  • Should have the ability to understand the complexities of the product lines and be able to communicate the strong advantages of our products to build knowledge and trust with our customers.
  • Primary point of contact for setting up new customers.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, meetings, and seminars to promote products or to learn about industry developments.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance relationships with key personnel for product development and sales.
  • A willingness to travel nationally on a frequent basis.
  • Should possess knowledge of food and beverage operations with sales experience to correspond and meet with customers on all levels of positions.

Possess strong writing skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, strong selling skills. Be able to communicate the function and application benefits of our products to customers that may have little or no prior knowledge of our equipment.

  • Contribute to the sales and marketing plan to exceed targets for quarterly sales objectives.
  • Participate in Customer Satisfaction Program to ensure continuing sound relationships with current and future customers.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-5 years of sales work experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and the Internet.
  • Able to read and comprehend manuals, procedures, and other written documents written in English.
  • Travel nationally to visit potential and existing customers.

Driving Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record with minimal traffic violations.
  • Must be 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle if needed.
  • Able and willing to travel to customer sites.
  • Able and willing to do overnight travel up to 50% of the time.
