Northrop Grumman Strategic Space Systems Division (SSSD) has an opening for a Director Capture Management 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position can be located in Redondo Beach, California; Dulles, Virginia; Baltimore, Maryland; Aurora Colorado; or Roy, Utah.
As the Director, you will lead the overall capture efforts, including investment strategy, supplier and contract partnerships, technical development, and customer relationships that align with division priorities. You will have exceptional communication skills to quickly understand what is required to win, develop compelling value propositions, and prepare strong business cases to leadership. You will thrive in a fast pace, competitive environment and lead briefings at the executive level and establishing NDAs, working with GSC, teaming, and sourcing.

Salary Range : $233,800.00 - $367,300.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
