Core Responsibilities of an Enrollment Specialist

• Proactively engage with potential LifeLine program participants in various community settings, including outreach events, community centers, and designated enrollment sites.
• Clearly and comprehensively explain the LifeLine program's benefits, eligibility requirements, and application process to diverse audiences, addressing questions and concerns with patience and clarity.
• Guide applicants through the enrollment process, accurately collecting necessary documentation, verifying eligibility, and ensuring all required forms are completed correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all enrollment activities, applicant interactions, and program outreach efforts, adhering to strict data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow Enrollment Specialists, supervisors, and community partners to streamline enrollment procedures, troubleshoot challenges, and enhance overall program reach and effectiveness.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a compassionate resource for applicants and ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout their enrollment journey.
• Stay informed about changes to LifeLine program policies, eligibility criteria, and best practices to ensure accurate information dissemination and compliance.
