Job description

A company is looking for a Manager, Outbound Demand Generation to lead their outbound lead generation team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily standups and provide coaching to enhance team performance

Manage inbound lead qualification and ensure timely follow-up

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for strategic alignment and reporting

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation

Proven track record as a top-performing SDR or SDR Manager

Strong coaching skills with a hands-on approach

Familiarity with outbound tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft

Ability to lead by example and drive team performance
