Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead diverse teams in delivering world-class web solutions and enterprise systems. You'll play a key role in shaping technical strategy, defining architectural standards, mentoring engineers, establishing project excellence across our consulting portfolio, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software that meets enterprise demands for performance, security, and scalability and meet the complex needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers working on enterprise-scale web solutions and digital transformation projects.
• Oversee multiple projects across clients, ensuring engineering delivery exceeds expectations.
• Partner with clients, architects, and product leaders to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle from shaping roadmaps, driving technical design and code quality, to deployment and maintenance.
• Partner with sales and product teams to shape technical, project scope, technical estimates, and staffing strategy.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical and operational excellence within the team and across the organization.
• Stay ahead of emerging web technologies and help shape the company's long-term technical vision.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Irvine Pay Range

$177,000-$220,000 USD
