We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Irvine, California, on a contract basis. This role involves providing critical support to business leaders and ensuring the smooth delivery of human resource services across the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and supporting the HR Director with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Assist business leaders in delivering HR services and addressing human resource needs across the organization.
- Manage employee records in compliance with company policies and record retention standards.
- Support recruitment efforts, including coordinating onboarding and ensuring all necessary processes are completed.
- Facilitate new employee orientations to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
- Collaborate with the HR Director to complete administrative tasks and support HR-related initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
- Utilize HRIS systems, including Workforce Now and Lever, to manage employee data and streamline processes.
- Address HR compliance requirements and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
- Provide exceptional attention to detail while prioritizing multiple requests efficiently.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for HR-related queries and support.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with experience using HRIS systems like Workforce Now and Lever.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and understanding privacy obligations.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field.
