A company is looking for an Inside Sales Account Executive (LATAM) to join their sales team. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to set up appointments and log interactions in CRM Run discovery and demo calls to validate prospects' needs and convert them into sales Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance the customer journey and maintain relationships post-onboarding Required Qualifications A university degree At least 3 years of sales experience, including hands-on call center experience with various sales techniques Experience in B2B or SaaS sales Fluency in spoken and written Spanish, with a good level of English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus Proficient in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
