Job Title : Production Worker Job Description

We are seeking two general production workers dedicated to maintaining efficiency and quality in our production and shipping operations. The positions are full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. Candidates should be prepared for a hands-on role in a dynamic work environment, where they will be integral to our production and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• General Production : Retrieve gallons of liquid solution, stack four gallons into a box, tape up the filled box, and stack it on a pallet. This process is repetitive and will be performed for 9 hours daily for the initial months. Upon demonstrating reliability, you will receive training to operate machinery and rotate with the line daily.
• Shipping and Receiving : Coordinate with a CDL driver to transport raw materials from the warehouse in Lenexa and return finished pallets. Duties include creating BOLs, scheduling raw materials, communicating with leadership and drivers, and potentially operating a forklift after training. Ensure accurate inventory, manage inbound and outbound shipments, and maintain safety standards.

Work Environment

Our facility includes 2-3 production lines and a smaller warehouse for storage, with daily transport to our Lenexa warehouse. The quality department consists of a small team of three people. We are planning to expand by acquiring 7 acres behind our current location and building a larger facility in Olathe by 2027. Employees should wear comfortable shoes and work clothes due to potential stains from the liquid solution.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
