Job descriptionStrong background in customer service. 1+ years of sales and personal training experience. Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification or related degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of human movement science and performance. Ability to safely operate fitness equipment. Skills in social media marketing and networking. CPR / AED certification from the American Red Cross or similar. High school diploma or GED. Personal training certification. $36 - $50 hourly rate Earning potential of $100,000+ including commissions and bonuses. Guaranteed full-time hours starting at 32+ hours per week. Full-time benefits including health insurance, 401k, and more for eligible employees. Complimentary health club membership and therapeutic services.

About the Position :
We offer a Full-Time Personal Training opportunity with guaranteed hours across multiple San Francisco locations. As a Personal Trainer, you will provide customized training programs, exceptional client service, and contribute to a dynamic team environment focused on helping clients reach their fitness goals.
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain a client base through fitness assessments and showcasing the benefits of personal training.
- Create tailored fitness programs based on individuals' goals and needs.
- Conduct goal-setting, follow-ups, body composition testing, and re-assessments to enhance client retention.
- Participate in marketing activities, including complimentary workouts and seminars.
- Meet monthly revenue objectives.
- Manage scheduling and time effectively.
- Utilize fitness equipment safely and effectively.
- Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic demeanor to motivate clients.
- Promote Live Fit Gym via social media platforms.
- Adhere to COVID safety guidelines and procedures.
- Demonstrate adaptability to evolving situations.
