and Key Responsibilities
The Beauty Reporting & Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation, execution and monitoring of digital media campaigns. This role will project manage numerous campaigns and work with the media planning and activation team, creative, and analytics teams to execute to project timelines, facilitate the gathering of assets, document trafficking instructions, create ad serving tags, develop and distribute reports, and identify roles / responsibilities and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ownership of trafficking and tagging across multiple digital media types
- Manage campaign and asset creation, trafficking instructions and create ad serving tags
- Work with media, creative and analytics teams at the onset of a campaign to identify and implement all creative and technical requirements, stay informed of campaign KPIs, measurement necessities, serving requirements and flighting details
- Support teams in preparing and delivering assets to media vendors; work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and / or distributed correctly
- Provide consultative support from a technical and operational perspective to the creative and media teams
- QA, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on ad campaigns (including trafficking of Display, Video, CTV and Audio)
- Work closely with media vendors and internal teams to resolve reporting and / or billing discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to relay objectives and timelines, execute campaigns, and troubleshoot efficiently
- Develop a deep understanding of the current ad tech stack and requirements
- Create, format, QA and distribute reporting from various platforms to key stakeholders
- Plan, organize, activate, and control daily processes – identify opportunities and implement improvements for maximum efficiency and quality including documentation, processes and workflows; liaise with planning, activation, analytics, and finance teams to streamline deliverables
- Work with team to execute test and learn initiatives and ensure that outputs can help the Digital Analytics and Marketing Science teams to assess results
- Improve and maintain data quality by collaborating with Planning / Activation and Analytics to ensure campaigns are structured in a way to produce optimal data outputs
- Coordinate and meet all deliverables accurately and in a timely manner
- Develop as a digital eco-system and technical integration subject matter expert
- Identify new emerging tools and / or technologies to enable Beauty media team to work effectively and efficiently
