RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and monitor all inbound telephone calls and direct the subject calls to the appropriate Tudi Mechanical team member in a timely, professional manner. Greet all visitors to Tudi Mechanical and ensure that their visit is a pleasant and productive experience.
• Provide administrative assistance to the organization including preparation of correspondence in addition to other administrative duties as assigned.
• Manage the inventory of all office, kitchen and entertainment area supplies.
• As directed, assume the responsibilities and duties of the Customer Service Representative position.

SKILLS/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma At least two (2) or more years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
