Job description

Field Marketer & Care Advocate

Remo is redefining dementia care by putting both the patient and the caregiver at the center of the journey. We do not just treat a diagnosis; we support a relationship. We orient our care around the patient and caregiver who are already navigating this journey together. We've replaced the traditional, fragmented approach with a virtual clinic that delivers personalized, expert-led care plans tailored to the specific needs of patients and families. By delivering high quality clinical care, connecting a supportive caregiver community, and providing 24/7 access to digital tools, we ensure no one has to navigate dementia alone. Our mission is to make high-quality, comprehensive dementia care accessible to every family, everywhere.

What You'll Be Doing

New Market Strategy & Launch (Growth Focus):

  • GTM Strategy: Develop, own, and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for Washington, integrating market research, local partner intelligence, and national brand strategy.
  • Targeted Campaigns: Advise marketing team on high-value multi-channel marketing tactics (e.g., local media, community outreach) specifically tailored to Washington dyads.
  • Patient Referrals & Nurturing: Drive patient referrals through community partnerships (B2B2C) and direct member enrollment (DTC).
  • Budget Management: Work closely with the Marketing team to manage and maximize budgets, ensuring we maximize company goals for new and active patients.

Local Partnership & Relationship Building:

  • Community Engagement: Serve as the primary local brand ambassador for Remo Health. Identify, vet, and foster strong, collaborative relationships with key local organizations (e.g., Alzheimer's Association, Area Agencies on Aging, Memory Cafes, Faith-Based Organizations, Senior Centers).
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with Growth team to create localized, partner-specific collateral and presentations that simplify the value proposition for local community-based organizations (CBOs) and regional health systems.
  • Local Partner Management: Manage day to day relationships with local partners (e.g., Senior Helpers)
  • Event Execution: Lead execution of high-impact local events, such as educational seminars, health fairs, and targeted community sponsorship activations (e.g., Alzheimer's Walks).

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Performance Tracking: Partner with Marketing to ensure implementation tracking that measures the effectiveness of local campaigns and partnerships, focusing on awareness and appointments scheduled.
  • Market Intelligence: Serve as the voice of the market internally, gathering crucial local insights on competitor activity, payer dynamics, and member needs to inform overall corporate strategy and product development.
  • Reporting: Develop clear, concise reports to communicate regional performance and insights to the Growth and Executive teams.

You May Be a Good Fit If You

  • Live in Washington.
  • Have 5+ years of progressive marketing or care advocacy experience, preferably within the digital health, telehealth, or senior care industry.
  • Have proven expertise in developing and executing localized B2B2C partnerships/relationships. Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including Medicare/Medicaid and caregiver populations.
  • Have exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to work effectively with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Data teams.
  • Are able to and have a willingness to travel frequently within the target market region to forge/foster relationships with local organizations, execute events, and manage partnerships.
  • Are highly motivated, self-directed individuals comfortable with the ambiguity of a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

You're the Ideal Candidate If You Have
