Responsibilities

Sales Training: Engage in intensive sales training programs to master insurance product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
Lead Generation: Learn to identify and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Client Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of various insurance products.
Client Follow-Up: Develop skills in following up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer relationships.
Sales Strategy Development: Participate in strategy sessions to design and implement effective sales tactics tailored to target markets.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance to understand effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Requirement

Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus, but not required
