Job descriptionLearn the fundamentals of insurance sales and service Develop essential skills in communication, prospecting, and relationship-building Build a strong network of industry contacts and professionals Achieve licensing and certification milestones Grow into a successful insurance sales agent and potential agency owner Complete licensing requirements and training programs Assist with client meetings, sales calls, and policy servicing Develop and execute business development strategies Participate in regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals 6-12 month program duration Dedicated mentorship and coaching Regular progress evaluations and feedback Ongoing training and professional development High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Must hold or be able to obtain a Minnesota Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health Insurance license. Previous insurance or sales experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed. Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and basic office software. Must work on-site at our Rochester office.
