We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Insurance Agent Apprentice to join our growing team in Rochester, MN. In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving new business through lead generation, networking, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Complete licensing requirements and training programs
- Assist with client meetings, sales calls, and policy servicing
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Participate in regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a Minnesota Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance license.
- Previous insurance or sales experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
- Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and basic office software.
- Must work on-site at our Rochester office.
