We connect leading online publishers with advertisers, ad agencies and ad networks who seek to create a more interest-tailored online advertising experience.We are looking for a Director of Engineering who likes to work on cutting-edge technologies in an environment that gives you the autonomy to explore, learn, and adapt. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to successfully deliver software products while mentoring and supporting the Architecture and Devops teams . It will lead the data strategy, architecture, design, development, and implementation of our end-to-end data products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of architects and devops engineers
• Ability to transform a user story / concept into a working scalable system
• Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, effectively manage priorities, and communicate progress
• Drive the adoption of DevOps culture, principles, and practices across the organization, promoting collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement
• Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of backend systems
• Support the implementation of applications that are fault-tolerant, scalable, and resilient
• Suggest and implement best practices and architecture improvements
• Collaborate with all technical teams to ensure the integrity of technical designs and features within the platform
