We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer & Technical Coach with strong hands-on experience in test automation within a Microsoft stack environment. This role is ideal for someone who can lead by example—writing automated tests, improving test coverage, and teaching others to do the same. You’ll help us scale our QA capabilities by automating regression tests and embedding quality throughout our development lifecycle.
This is not a management role . We're seeking a doer who can own the test automation pipeline and actively mentor others on the team.
Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for web, API, and backend services using Microsoft-aligned tools
- Work closely with developers to ensure testability and quality are considered early in the SDLC
- Integrate test automation into our Azure DevOps CI / CD pipelines
- Coach QA analysts and developers on writing effective automated tests and using test tools
- Define and enforce testing standards, best practices, and documentation
- Collaborate on test data strategy and environment management
- Provide clear visibility into test results, defects, and coverage gaps
- Continuously improve test reliability, speed, and maintainability
