About the team + role

Robinhood's Money team is building the next generation of banking and spending products for all Americans. Our team members drive never-before-seen products and features from concept to launch to hyperscale. As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our core banking product and the broader platform that powers it. You'll help define the systems, capabilities, and product foundations that enable new banking experiences, while partnering cross-functionally to bring products from concept through launch and scale.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Westlake, TX and Washington, DC offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you'll do

  • Lead a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and operators to better understand customers and their most pressing needs
  • Establishing a product vision and shared set of priorities across the team and the company, which meet the most important needs of our customers
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders such as legal, compliance, operations, finance, and customer success to ensure products are built the right way
  • Drive execution from concept through launch, including defining success metrics and iterating based on results

What you bring

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products; 7+ years preferred
  • Superb product and business sense
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • A strong sense of urgency and speed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • High standards and a strong work ethic - you always bring your best and expect your colleagues to do the same
  • Delight in bringing innovation and impact to customers, particularly in complex and dynamic environments
  • Experience in fintech products is a plus, but not required

What we offer

  • Market competitive and pay equity-focused compensation structure
  • 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents
  • Annual lifestyle wallet for personal wellness, learning and development, and more!
  • Lifetime maximum benefit for family forming and fertility benefits
  • Dedicated mental health support for employees and eligible dependents
  • Generous time away including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more!
  • Lively office environment with catered meals, fully stocked kitchens, and geo-specific commuter benefits

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Base Pay Range:

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)

$191,000 - $225,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$168,000 - $198,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)

$150,000 - $176,000 USD
