Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes, house standards, and guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and equipment.
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and take appropriate action to promote responsible service.
• Engage with guests to make recommendations, answer questions, and enhance overall experience.
• Restock and rotate bar inventory as needed, ensuring product quality and freshness.
• Perform all side work duties as directed by manager.
• Clean tables and counters in the dining room area.
• Responsible for knowing the menu to include the ingredients and preparation of specific menu items.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred, with knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and costumer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to legally serve alcohol and have valid certification or work cards.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Comfortable with operating a cash register.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
