Requirements :
Must possess a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, or Special Education)
Must obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
Reliable transportation is necessary.
Previous ABA experience is required.
Comfort in providing in-home services and working with families is essential.
Your Role as a BCBA :
As a vital member of our team, you will conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. You’ll develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans to foster lifelong success. You'll supervise and train dedicated RBTs / BTechs to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans. In addition, you’ll provide guidance and support to families and caregivers in managing behaviors and teaching alternative behaviors through ABA principles. Other responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and analyses, monitoring treatment effectiveness, and making recommendations based on data analysis.
