Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw is urgently seeking to add multiple, qualified therapists to our growing Behavioral Health Services department to help meet rapidly increasing needs in our community.
Full-time benefit-eligible positions available for fully licensed LMSW, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Ph.D. psychologist providing individual, family / marital, substance abuse treatment, and group therapy. Minimum two years post-MSW professional experience in outpatient setting required, with proven ability to deliver effective short term, solution-focused treatment in an outpatient setting. LLMSW candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to flexible scheduling and a steady caseload, total compensation includes :
- Competitive, hourly / benefit-eligible, depending on caseload (prorated based on FTE)
- Exceptional benefit plan with employer contribution, paid time off, and an additional 14 paid holidays per year, including the week between Christmas and New Years
- CSSW positions include high quality LLMSW weekly supervision towards your LMSW.
- This position qualifies for a $1,250.00 welcome bonus (Some restrictions apply)
Must be able to maintain minimum weekly required caseload / minimum required FTE to be eligible for benefits.
