Job description
A company is looking for a Billing Manager to oversee day-to-day billing operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and issuance of customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage the resolution of billing discrepancies and collaborate with various teams to enhance the customer experience
Monitor billing operations, develop reports on metrics, and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations
Strong knowledge of billing practices, GAAP principles, and internal control requirements
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and sales tax systems (Avalara preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
