Responsibilities:

--Accurately assess damage and necessary parts and labor for repairs

--Work with body shop estimators to assess insurance requirements

--Assist in supplement requests

--Meet all standard manufacturer requirements for the correct repair

--Communicate any discrepancies between manufacturer requirements and insurance requirements

--Ensure and inspect for quality work

Requirements:

--High school diploma

--Technical school training

--ASE/I-Car certifications are preferred

--Professional appearance and communication

--Genuine desire to serve

--Ability to multitask

--Desire for long-term career development
