Job Description :

This Process Analyst supports audits, transaction reviews, and compliance processes while working closely with various teams. Responsibilities include assisting with assessments, documentation, and training initiatives. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of experience, a basic understanding of ACH regulations, and a keen interest in learning compliance procedures.

Main Job Task and Responsibilities :

• Assist with routine audits and assessments to ensure compliance with NACHA Operating Rules.
• Support the review of ACH processes and procedures, including transaction monitoring and reconciliation.
• Help review contracts and risk management controls for third-party senders and originators.
• Provide basic analysis of ACH file formats, transaction data, and security protocols.
• Assist in documenting audit findings and identifying areas for improvement.
• Work closely with operations, IT, and legal teams to support ACH compliance initiatives.
• Stay up to date with NACHA rule changes and industry best practices through training and research.
• Help coordinate responses to external audits or regulatory inquiries related to ACH compliance.
• Support training efforts by preparing materials and assisting in educational initiatives for internal teams and partners.
