Job details Spherion Staffing is hiring a qualified CAD Draftsman for a manufacturing company in Wichita Falls! The position will be a 40 hour a week Monday- Friday daytime position.
The draftsman will generate 3D models of basic mechanical and electric circuit designs using CAD software, so candidates must have experience with CAD software to be considered. ...
Responsibilities :
Drafting, Generate prints and plans from sketches and models to meet design requirements.
Read and understand manufacturing drawings and simple wiring diagrams
Reconciles problems on drawings by identifying work error messages and coordinating with co-workers on priority items.
Prototype hardware fabrication and testing
BOM part maintenance
Other duties to help with Engineering and Production
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Skills :
- Drafting, Mechanical Engineering studies desired
- Ability to interact with corporate customers
- Comfortable working in a team setting
- Self-motivated
- Experience with Visual software for Manufacturing a plus
Education : High School
Experience : 1-4 years
Qualifications :
Requires detailed mechanical knowledge
2+ years experience working in a manufacturing, procurement, or customer service related capacity.
Thorough knowledge of Solidworks 3D and AutoCAD
