Key Responsibilities
Create and refine detailed drawings from surveys, GIS, and field notes
Prepare complete drawing packages for client submittals while ensuring compliance with industry standards
Mentor junior staff and contribute to innovative solutions to deliver projects on time and within budget
Required Qualifications
Associate of Applied Science degree (AAS) in Design and Drafting Technology, CAD Certification, or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in the design and drafting field, with some knowledge of the Utilities industry
Proficient in AutoCAD, including X-Refs, Sheet Set Manager, and understanding of coordinate systems
Basic knowledge of advanced CAD software, such as Civil3D, is preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate, high-quality drawings
