About the Role

The High Street Catering  Operations & Sales Manager oversees the daily operations of our shop , farmer’s ma rket a nd catering department.

Shop  Responsibilities

• Support & m anage team members to maximize store revenue and ensure excellent service
• Coordinate and oversee schedule
• Manage ordering of supplies & conduct monthly inventory
• Hiring and team member development
• Oversee product education and training
• Manage labor cost s
• Coordinate marketing materials
• Develop new line of business to ensure continued success of the program
