Job Summary

The Clinical Educator - Nursing is responsible for unit / department-based clinical orientation and in-service training for new and current clinical Associates. This role involves assessing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs to enhance the performance and professional development of clinical staff. The ideal candidate will model the values and mission of MLH while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Orientation : Coordinate individualized orientation plans for new clinical Associates, ensuring competency and alignment with policies and procedures.
• In-Service Training : Develop and implement standardized learning activities to meet the needs of clinical staff at all levels.
• Role Model : Serve as a change agent to promote professional and technical development among Associates.
• Consultation : Provide expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders on clinical education and training needs.
• Research Integration : Incorporate evidence-based research and best practices into educational programs.
