Your New Role...
WBD Sports & Bleacher Report are seeking a talented Social Media Programmer to join our Sports Portfolio team. You'llbe responsible forprogramming content on a daily basis across multiple B / R Sports Portfolio brands,including but not limited to : B / R Walk-Off, B / R Open Ice, NHL on TNT, B / R CFB, B / R Racing, B / R Hoops and B / R Gridiron.
Role Accountabilities...
Identify and create (edit / package) content to program on our social platforms.
Clip and edit / package programming from TNT studio shows and broadcasts.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement original and curation content strategies
Curate content from our Direct Messages on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X (Twitter)
Monitoring X, TikTok and other social aggregation tools on a daily basis.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
Qualifications & Experience...
Ability to work nights and weekends; position will be responsive to sports broadcast hours
A strong understanding of multiple sports; baseball knowledge required.
Deep understanding of current and emerging social platforms
Able to write clean copy and proofread
Passion for pop culture, sports, sports betting and digital media
Able to handle last-minute or quick-turnaround deadlines
