IT Manager
The IT Manager is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of information technology operations for the Louisville facility. This role ensures the reliable delivery of IT services, infrastructure support, business applications, and end-user support while aligning with Dynacraft and PACCAR technology standards. The IT Manager leads local IT resources, supports plant operations, and partners closely with business leaders to identify technology needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance. This position reports directly to the Head of IT, Dynacraft, and works closely with the Louisville management team and PACCAR Information Technology Division (ITD) teams. This position can be located in McKinney, Texas or Louisville, Kentucky.
Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, business applications, and end-user support. Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT governance practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, leadership, and technical teams. Demonstrated project management and organizational skills. Continuous improvement mindset, with Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Proven experience managing technology projects and business system implementations. Minimum of 8 years of progressive information technology experience required. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Experience supporting manufacturing operations is strongly preferred.
Required Education Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required. Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
