Minimum of 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Experience with AI and machine learning patents is preferred. Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is required. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a client-focused, team-oriented environment. Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days in-office on average). Competitive salary range of $110,000–$180,000 , with actual compensation based on experience, location, and qualifications. Productivity and discretionary bonuses available. The firm is actively recruiting a skilled Patent Agent with expertise in electrical engineering, software, computer science, or related fields to assist with patent preparation and prosecution.
