Job descriptionEffectively lead multi-lingual workforce Expert Use MS Suite (Excel, Project) Customer and Vendor relationship management Streamline business’ purchasing and financial processes Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish Proven history as a lead Construction Supervisor in Residential and / or Commercial Construction Supervisor 5+ years in residential construction, with strong understanding Proficiency with Scanfly and Aurora Softwares Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or any related field. Must have valid Construction Supervisor License (CSL) Lead Renovator License Home Improvement Contractors’ License (HICL) Renewables Experience Preferred Knowledge of Quickbooks; strategic marketing strategies Oversight of team professional development Travel across multiple states required
