Genesis10 is currently seeking a Content Management Specialist PtEd for a 12 month contract role with our healthcare client in Rochester, MN. This role will be 100% remote.

Compensation : $50-$65 - per hour, depending on skill and experience level.

Overview

Client is seeking proposals for a contractor to support content management operations across two enterprise content management systems (CMSs) : Adobe Experience Manager Guides (DITA) and Sitecore. This role is critical to maintaining Patient Education content during a multi-year system transition.

The selected contractor will not write content but will be responsible for entering, formatting, and publishing content using structured markup and metadata standards. The contractor will also support dual maintenance workflows, ensuring content integrity across both CMSs.

Goals, Objectives, and Scope of Work

• Enter and format structured content using DITA and HTML in AEM Guides and Sitecore.
• Edit and prepare images using Adobe Photoshop for appropriate delivery channels.
• Work with InDesign files and PDFs for content updates and publishing.
• Apply and update metadata following system standards.
• QA to ensure we maintain synchronized content between Sitecore and AEM.
• Collaborate with analyst and specialist teammates to troubleshoot issues and meet deadlines.
