Dynamic, growth-mode company, has a newly created, leadership-track role for an Assistant Controller.
Overseeing 2 direct reports and 2 indirect reports, this Assistant Controller will lead the finance function for the US business unit, reporting to Controller and CFO.
The ideal candidate is a confident & decisive leader, one who is energized by supporting a growing business. This organization has built a fantastic culture, where entrepreneurial-minded individuals thrive. The Assistant Controller will be able to make a significant impact in the organization, leading process improvements, key strategic projects, and frequent presentations to senior leadership.
This Assistant Controller will oversee 2 Senior Accountants and will oversee the full accounting and finance function, including AP, AR, Treasury, Internal Controls buildout, GL Accounting, and Financial Reporting and Analysis for senior leadership.
The ideal candidate has experience in a rapid-growth organization and the team is looking for someone who thrives in that environment. Direct communication, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation are highly desired.
This is an on-site role, with flexible hours (some start their days early and leave early, and others start later and leave later in the day).
