Are you a seasoned Commercial Litigation Paralegal passionate about the construction industry? This is your opportunity to join a dynamic legal team that handles high-stakes, complex litigation cases across South Florida. Key Responsibilities :
- Take the lead in managing complex commercial litigation cases, with a strong focus on construction-related disputes.
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Coordinate discovery, including e-discovery processes, depositions, and case investigations.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support trial preparation and hearings.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys to prepare trial exhibits, presentations, and strategies.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, witnesses, and expert consultants.
- Track important case deadlines and ensure timely filings in state and federal courts.
