HR Data Analyst

Position Objective : The HR Data Analyst will support a federal agency by analyzing, managing, and reporting on human resources data to improve workforce planning, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with federal HR systems and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Collect, validate, and analyze HR data from multiple sources, including personnel systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to support decision-making and compliance with federal regulations.
• Monitor workforce trends, turnover, and staffing metrics to assist in strategic planning.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data, including EEO and diversity reporting.
• Collaborate with HR specialists to streamline data processes and improve reporting capabilities.
• Support audits and respond to data calls from internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain historical employee data for multiple placements and assignments.
• Assist in categorizing employees by skillsets for future recruitment and workforce planning.
