About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Data Scientist to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing advanced machine learning models, optimizing algorithms, and leveraging big data analytics to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to shape data strategies and drive impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and advanced analytical solutions.
Develop scalable and efficient data science solutions to address business challenges across multiple domains.
Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Design and implement A / B testing frameworks and experimentations for continuous model improvements.
Work closely with data engineers to build robust data pipelines and ensure the availability of clean and reliable data.
Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership on best practices in data science methodologies.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science technologies and apply them to business problems.
Communicate findings, methodologies, and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of MLOps and experience in deploying machine learning models into production.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to translate complex data-driven solutions into business insights and strategic recommendations.
