HealthCARE Express is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a fast-paced urgent care setting where excellent care and a great team culture go hand in hand. We are currently accepting applications for PRN and part-time positions. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency room settings and must be available to work weekday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at HealthCARE Express, you will provide medical care to patients of all ages. This includes conducting patient histories and exams, ordering and interpreting lab testing, performing simple procedures, and prescribing medications according to current standards of care. You will maintain accurate and timely medical records and consistently demonstrate professionalism.

You will follow established infection control procedures and safety protocols, especially when handling sharps and body fluids. You will adhere to clinic protocols to help create a customer friendly environment that reflects best practices in medicine.

When protocols are not in place, you will step into a leadership role by supervising and guiding medical staff with a focus on teaching and mentorship. Flexibility is essential, as you may cross-train in various tasks and occasionally assist outside your normal scope of practice to meet clinic needs. You are expected to observe, identify, and act on opportunities that move the organization forward while representing our mission, values, and vision. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Shifts:
Rotating 12 hour shifts
Must be able to work weekdays
