Shift : 3 twelve-hour shifts starting at 6 AM, every other Saturday and holidays, with on-call requirements.

Job Summary

As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment centered on patient care. Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, you'll implement evidence-based practices following the State Nurse Practice Act and hospital protocols. Leverage your nursing expertise to create comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and their families.

Our Inpatient Dialysis / Plasmapheresis program is among the largest in Connecticut. You will have the opportunity to treat critically ill patients across multiple settings, including five ICU's, step-down units, ER, Med-Surgical units, and in our dedicated eight-bed dialysis unit. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing acute dialysis team!

Qualifications :

• Current Connecticut RN License required prior to orientation.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school (BSN required).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required prior to orientation.
