VCA Veterinary Specialist of CT is seeking a full time Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our Emergency & Critical Care team at our 24-7 general, emergency and specialty hospital in West Hartford, CT. Licensed Veterinary Technician Supervisor Responsibilities :
- Full Technician Skill Utilization
- Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
- Coaching associates based on need to aid in their success
- Some regional travel required
- Facilitate communication of ideas, policies, standards and performance
- Provide feedback related to associate performance, and collaborate with leadership to develop performance improvement plans
- Support associates in their career via VTNE guidance, licensure guidance, and scheduling
- Maintain skill efficiency and knowledge
