Join our dynamic Marketing team is looking for a Senior Designer-Consultant, Loyalty, and become a key player in shaping the visual landscape of the beauty industry. In this remote role, you'll collaborate with big thinkers and creatives, driving the design and execution of innovative marketing initiatives that define our position as an industry leader. Your role :
As a Senior Designer for the loyalty / client experience team, you will be supporting the visual creative team.
- Reporting to the Art Director, you will be responsible for concept / design / execution of various marketing
- initiatives across all channels.
- In addition, you will : Support Art Director or Creative Director in research, developing concepts and implementing designs to provide creative solutions that meets business objectives
- Work within the existing styleguide and evolve the visual framework as needed
- Build concepts and design for integrated marketing campaigns from concept to finish
- Craft creative solutions with impeccable attention to design and typography
- Partner with editorial team to ensure copy and visuals are working harmoniously together
- Lead projects and collaborate with other team members to divide and conquer
- Cultivate a design culture and inspire the team by sharing ideas and expertise in design critiques

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $40-47.30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
