As the Head of People Analytics, you will lead the HR Analytics & Metrics function. You will work closely with HR staff and business management to create actionable analytics that support decision making at all levels (strategic, tactical and operational). To achieve this, your role will be responsible for the design, implementation, evaluation and analysis of data and reporting mechanisms to bring clarity to HR related metrics and overall trends in the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer of HR, the Head of People Analytics will define and execute our talent analytics strategy, delivering actionable insights that transform workforce planning and colleague experience. From automating processes and building predictive models to leading listening posts and advancing AI-driven solutions, this leader will be at the forefront of innovation in HR.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $205,000-$277,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
