Job description
A company is looking for a Director of Network Development to oversee the development and management of insurance networks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contract negotiations with major health systems and large physician groups
Build and maintain relationships with providers to support local market strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage provider compensation and pricing development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
7+ years of experience in provider contracting and / or health insurance
Current experience with hospital and large group contracting in the relevant state
Existing relationships with major health systems and large physician groups in the relevant state
Experience negotiating delegated credentialing agreements
